There are three ways to set fast dial: name, contacts and RTP. Set Fast Key by Name We can save contact’s name and SIP number, select a SIP lines, then we can see it directly on SIP panel page ip pa system. Set Fast Key by Contacts Save contactor’s name and add contacts information here. Set Fast Key by RTP Use RTP as fast dial key and paging, public address system, click + and set RTP address and content.

Dear friends, Good day! Recently Tonmind has released a new version of PA System Lite, which add a new PA system function: priority in zones. It is used to define the zone paging’s priority. There are 1-9 ranks for zones, the higher the number, the higher the rank. How can we use this function? For example: pls see in the pictures as follows: 1. We set 3 zones: control center, meeting room and office, the rank for each zone is: 3, 2 and 1. 2. It will realize that if all IP speaker in office are playing music, when we use Tonmind IP paging MIC to call meeting room, then this zone will take the priority and answer the call, now we can paging. End the call, zone of office will continue the music, because the rank of meeting room is higher than office in public address system. 3. If all SIP speakers in control center are playing music, when we use IP MIC to call meeting room and office zones, then the phone call will not be answer, the music will keep on playing. This function can be widely used in office, school and factory etc. it makes the zone paging can earlier to make announcements in different times and speak directly to certain onvif speaker.
