Tonmind is developping 3 software that can control and manage Tonmind SIP Speaker. • PA System Lite: Support Multicast streams, SIP (server software) • IPTool: Support Multicast Streaming (speaker configuration) • Tonmind Audio Manager: Support Multicast Streaming (the upgrade version of IPTool that supports different zones) PA System Lite is now under internal testing and UI optimization. Unlike IPTool and Tonmind Audio Manger, PA System Lite can be the server end, which support RTP Multicast and SIP. The main functions of Tonmind PA System Lite are as below. • Divide regions into groups. • Support SIP extension broadcast in different groups • The internal extension can make SIP calls. • Initiate calls using SIP phones. • Support LAN RTP multicast broadcast After PA System Lite is issued, Tonmind SIP Speaker will be more widely used in PA System Solution, for instance, school, commercial center, hospital, office, large venues,  hotel, customer center,etc. For the next version, we plan to add the video function in PA System Lite, which will add Tonmind Network Speaker possibility to work with security camera system.

Tonmind IP Speaker software IPTool has been upgraded to latest version. It's available to be downloaded in our website via Support > Download Center > Software Upgraded version: IPToolCS20_20211119_173221 Improvement: • Optimize the setting layout. • Solve the issue that the RTP local audio source can not be played. • Modify the position of prompt tone in play list. There are 3 ways to connect Tonmind IP Speakers, SIP Paging Gateway. • Tonmind IPTool: Support Multicast Streaming • Tonmind PA System Lite: Support Multicast Streams, SIP (Server software) • SIP PBX server Compared to PA System Lite, IPTool is much more simple regarding function and operation. It depends on customer's need that if he need SIP or RTP Multicast. We plan to upgrade IPTool to RTP Audio Manager in the near future, adding function of zoning. IPTool is mainly for speaker configuration, while RTP Audio Manager will more focused on LAN cases (e.g. super market, stores) solution. Tonmind R&D Team has been devoted to upgraded firmware and software for better compatibility. The new version of Tonmind PA System Lite is estimated to be issued next week, which can be be server software. Besides, Tonmind IP Paging Speakers can be compatible perfectly with SIP PBX server, for instance Asterisk, Freeswitch, OpenPBX.
