Today, we will explore the process of registering and calling in PA System Pro across different networks, which is widely applicable in various scenarios.
Step 1: Set up in PA Pro
To begin, let's configure PA System Pro with the following parameters:
- PC local IP: 192.168.5.21
- Public IP: 117.30.114.199
- Modify SIP Server Port to 29000
- Modify RTP Port to 22000-23000
Step 2: Port Mapping on the Router
On the router connected to the computer, perform the following port mapping:
- TCP port 29000 maps to 29000 of 192.168.5.21
- UDP port 29000 maps to 29000 of 192.168.5.21
- RTP ports 22000-23000 map to 22000-23000 of 192.168.5.21
Step 3: Register and Configure Extensions
In PA System Pro, register SIP extensions 6000 and 6001, then proceed with the following steps:
- Add a playlist to PA Pro Session 3000, and ensure the volume is set to 0 (to avoid mixing during broadcast)
- Within Session 3000, add SIP extension 6001
Step 4: Register the Speaker to PA Pro
On the same network, register the corresponding speaker to PA System Pro using extension 6001.
Step 5: Testing Across Different Networks
To test across different networks, follow these steps:
- Connect your laptop to your mobile phone's 4G hotspot
- Use Linphone (SIP softphone) to register to extension 6000 on PA System Pro
- Fill in the server address as 117.30.114.199 and the server port as 29000
-Call 3000 to enable broadcasting, Calling 6000 can directly talk to 6000, so that SIP registration and calls between different networks can be realized.
